Remuneration and Reward provides students with a comprehensive understanding of a broad range of pay practices and how and when each of these can influence both employee behaviour and human capital to affect organisational performance.

How this paper will be taught

This paper is taught in 2 different ways:

1. Short pre-recorded Panopto videos of the lecturer lecturing on various topics, as listed in the course outline, and with PowerPoint slides

2. A face-to-face class session of 60-90 minutes, focused on case studies and practical exercise, during regular class time (2 PM on Wednesdays)

Please note that you are expected to attend the face-to-face sessions and watch the relevant Panopto videos prior to coming to class.
